Job Summary:

We are currently working with an exciting Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, well-funded, in a growth phase within the business, looking to strengthen the team with a new position in the commercial division.

Requirements:

In this opportunity for will lead Growth Success models for the brands (based on key growth drivers) taking into account market clusters needs.

  • Lead Best practice sharing across brands and markets
  • Contribute to initiative toolkit development in specific areas (eg. Pricing, distribution, assortment reco, etc)
  • Support implementation of global brand strategies in GBT markets for key priorities / makes or breaks.

Further responsibilities:

  • Support & lead the development and ownership of growth success models for the franchises, sourcing and leveraging supporting evidence from relevant markets behind key drivers recommendations.
  • Provide to brand marketing teams relevant Insights and expertise to the win with shopper and plan and execute flawlessly
  • Gain input from, recommend and create alignment with brand marketing teams, regions and Global markets in terms of key operational components of initiative toolkits
  • Support to the Global markets on selected priorities / makes or breaks to ensure alignment on shared business goals and delivery of initiatives to meet business needs.

 

Experience needed:

3 to 5years experience in operational brand and retail management (category management & e:commerce capability an advantage) in the FMCG industry and matrix organization at a local level (additional regional and global level experience preferred)

- Proven track record in compiling, analyzing and turning consumer, market and financial data into locally applicable strategies and best practice to feed brand growth and equity

- P&L management experience

- Brand management / trade marketing experience up to 3 years

- Proven track record in leading the interface of local teams (marketing, Trade marketing, sales) with regional and global interface an advantage
