Job Summary:

Exciting opportunity released working for an emerging global CRO who is currently looking to expand their team. This position is perfect for either a Senior/ Lead CRA who has a strong passion for developing junior members of staff and is looking to reduce travel. Our client is very scientific and patience focused and would be looking for like minded team orientated individuals to join.

  • Manage training activities and training associates for designated area across Europe - focused on CRA training
  • Interview and hire new associates in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Coordinate Clinical Operations continuing education training programs for region/functional positions
  • Oversight of training budget
  • Responsible for direct supervision of CRA trainees and Training and Development Assistants



  • Life science Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced knowledge of clinical study and drug development process and GCP/ICH guidelines
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience working as a CRA - UK experience is essential
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
