This is a hands on role and the IRT PM will be responsible for managing the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for IRT Projects including IVRS\IWRS and ePRO systems.  The position could also be described as being a "Business Analyst"  Act as the primary contact communicating business needs and system requirements between the client and development staff.  Monitor and assist in the management of overall budgets and timelines.  Some travel (up to 25%) will be required to attend Bid Defense, kick off, and Investigator meetings.  There will likely be a 1-2 week on-boarding held in the US.

 You'll be accountable for:

Working directly with study sponsors in the gathering and development of system requirements

Reviewing and approving system documentation including user guides and training materials

Assisting with system testing and documentation

Assisting in the management of software change requests

Overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), installation, and deployment of IRT applications.  Performing dry run and scenario based testing and carrying out "go-live" tests to check all is working.

Monitoring and reporting on study timelines and budgets

Designing IRT system.

Performing code reviews - not just reading but also taking the system and walking through it to check coding is working.

 You'll need this background to be considered:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with prior experience CRO/Pharma experience as an IRT Project Manager

Experience in an FDA regulated environment, preferably in a CRO and/or Bio Pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline and the appropriate experience within the pharmaceutical/clinical research industry
