Our mission is to support the innovation and development of better therapies in healthcare.   Position Overview The Process Analyst is responsible for preparing and editing process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for business and corporate services. The Process Analyst (PA) also acts as liaison between the department and internal customers, providing consultation on good process design and standards for controlling documentation, and ensuring that other ongoing business initiatives, with similarities, constraints, and/or dependences, are considered.   Specific tasks would include:

  • Creates business support documentation including process flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs),assessments, work instructions, reference materials, templates, training/communication materials, and meeting minutes
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use processes
  •  Identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis of processes
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that processes are meeting agreed upon business objectives
  • Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all business policies and processes
  • Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations
  • Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement efforts
  • Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities performing analysis of process documentation and training materials, supporting process owners, business unit leaders, department management, and Quality Assurance
  Qualifications
  • Experience analyzing business processes within a service-based organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business/Computer Science Degree preferred) with BPM/BA certification
  • Familiar with standard application development methodologies and tools
  • Experience  of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA and other applicable country regulations preferable
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and process mapping skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers and internal customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Effective verbal and writing skills; English + local language, if relevant
