An excellent opportunity has become available for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join an exciting and innovative biotech based in London. Due to recent major investments and a newly formed collaboration with a global pharma company, they now have a need for an experienced CTA to support the delivery of the clinical development process. This company has a growing pipeline that focuses primarily on the treatment of conditions associated with liver disease through gene therapies. This is very much a “hands on role” in which you will be required to provide administrative support to the clinical trial process.


This an exciting office-based opportunity for an experienced and motivated CTA to support the clinical project team and manage logistical and administrative aspects of assigned clinical trials. This role will report directly into the Clinical Trial Manager.

Successful applicants for this role will ideally have worked as a CTA within either biotech, CRO, pharma or NHS environments. You will need to have a strong .

Key Responsibilities;

- Preparing, filing and archiving of essential trial documents according to SOPs
- Assist with implementation of CAPAs
- Assist with preparation of investigator contracts and amendments
- Track invoice and site payments status, and follow up on discrepancies
- Provide logistic support for study supplies to sites
- Management and maintenance of TMF

Applicant Requirements:

- Previous CTA experience within pharma, cro or NHS
- Must have worked for small Pharma/Biotec previously
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and clinical research regulatory environment
- Experience of maintaining TMF systems
- Life Science degree
