Job purpose:

The Learning Insights & Analytics Lead will be responsible for designing and executing data driven strategies to determine business needs and measure the impact of learning interventions.
This role will provide functional expertise on the value of data analysis and insights for key accounts, working with a team of metrics specialists, take full accountability for the learning measurement strategy, be the point of contact for all Brands /Franchise(s) and be responsible for partnering with leadership in a division to align on the full implementation of learning insights and analytics related activities.
Key Responsibilities :

•Own the customer relationships related to Learning Insights & Analytics on behalf of the Training Design & Delivery team for internal customers such as global Brands/Franchises
•Has delegated accountability for the customer P&L related to Learning Insights & Analytics
•Partner with internal customers to identify Learning Insights & Analytics needs to obtain visibility of future demand to provide to operations team to scale accordingly (e.g. upcoming brand launches)
•Ensure alignment of Learning Insights & Analytics support / service delivery within divisions and cross divisionally
•Develop, implement, and maintain evaluation strategies to determine needs, measure and report on the effectiveness of training solutions
•Create custom evaluation strategies using measurement tools, collect evaluations and create reports with insights and recommendations to our customers.
•Support customer with learning analytics and measurement dashboards and to provide a comprehensive overview of the learning analytics tool.
•Matrix manage a cross-functional team to provide comprehensive outside-in strategic perspective to bring value-adding insights on Learning interventions affecting patients, customers, competitors, payers and regulators
•Provide expertise and functional guidance to enable execution of market research, competitive intelligence and analytics based on understanding of the research tools, techniques and datasets.

The Novartis Global Service Center (NGSC), Dublin, was set up in 2013 and is located in a state-of-the-art facility on the Merrion Road in Ballsbridge. Minimum requirements

Requirements:

•Understanding of Learning Insights & Analytics Services
•Expertise in areas like, Learning Measurement methodologies, Market research, Advance analytics, Patient pathways, Market access, Product launches, Market analysis, Sales effectiveness, Digital marketing, Real-world evidence, Database marketing, Market access.
•5 years’ experience in Insights & Analytics and operational experience.
•Project management – scoping, defining deliverables, business case development, managing risk and monitoring progress
•Budget/P&L Management
