Clinical Supply Master Data Coordinator

Location: Baine L'Alleud, Belgium

TalentSource Life Sciences, a division of CROMSOURCE, is currently seeking a Clinical Supply Master Coordinator, to strengthen our team at one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company near Brussels. An interesting role, where you are not only dealing with the daily operational work, but will also receive the occasion to be involved in process improvement!

The Clinical Supply Master Data coordinator is accountable for managing process improvement and operational activities linked to the creation and management of master data in SAP, related to the packaging of IMP's.

Master data and Operational activities:

l Allocates, configures and maintains SAP master data for IMP's (both in forecasting mode and production mode)

l Participates to Clinical Supply Set-Up whiteboard and Clinical Supply Planning whiteboard

l Participates to Operational Kick-Off Meeting

l Coordinates the activities with the Global Master Data Management team

l Escalates to the Clinical Supply Set-Up Manager, Clinical Supply Planner and/or Clinical Supply Lead when issues or risks are identified

Process improvement activities:

l Creates/maintains full process map in defined format and liaise with Operational Excellence and/or Process Ownership project manager to integrate in the overall CTS process mapping

l Creates/maintains detailed guidelines and ensures guideline availability

l Creates/maintains appropriate controlled documents (SOP's, forms, templates, instructions) to document the process

l Trains process users and stakeholders

l Is the main point of contact for questions about the process

l Monitors and reports process performance through relevant means (as discussed with manager and Operational Excellence)

l Has a clear view on all stakeholders, linked processes and SOP's

l Is the only person to approve changes to the process

l Proposes and implements solutions to identified issues (monitoring) to continuously improve process performance

l Manage any deviation/investigation or change control linked to the Master Data process

Technical Skills:

l Good knowledge of SAP, including strong knowledge of Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning and Logistics Execution.

l Good knowledge of Sharepoint

l Ability to translate Supply Chain Business processes into SAP system processes and requirements

l Capable of interacting with IT as well as business stakeholders

l GXP and Regulatory understanding

l Supply Chain Expertise: understands key supply chain processes and can balance cost and service to patients, including advanced understanding of the regulatory and GxPs requirements for IMP's as well as clinical trial distribution particularities

l Augmented Analytics: is able to build queries, summarize data and compute standard KPI's, including financial skills

l Planning and Orchestring Projects: applies project management techniques in day to day activities
