We are seeking an Associate Director in our Rewards team based in the UK.

You will be responsible for the EMEA rewards team whilst working with the Global Rewards group, contributing to and implementing the reward strategy. You will ensure that the compensation and benefit outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organisation's desired internal and external market position.
We’re seeking applicants who have experience working within an EMEA reward structure, who will be familiar with developing reward strategies and understand some of the more complex requirements in some locations.  You’ll also be at the forefront of contributing ideas, being proactive and reactive to business requests and delivering project changes as part of a global team, as well as developing compensation and benefit programs.

You will manage and oversee the EMEA rewards team who each have responsibility for a PPD location or functional group.  Providing leadership, direction and driving the rewards agenda, you will ensure they are supporting their designated areas, developing compensation and benefit programs ensuring they are compliant with PPD policy and budget.

Being an effective communicator is key to be successful in this position as you’ll work regularly with key stakeholders within the business, from colleagues within the wider HR and Talent Acquisition team, to senior group and department leaders.  You will be regularly involved with project updates, operational decisions and outcomes, scheduling requirements, and / or contractual clarifications including project cycles and programs. You should feel comfortable leading briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

This a permanent position and will ideally be based at our EMEA headquarters in Granta Park, Cambridge.
