With our mission of ”Bringing Clinical Trials to Life,” we provide customized Phase I through IV services internationally, offering expertise across multiple therapeutic areas including notable depth in Oncology, Neuro Degenerative Diseases, and Rare and Orphan Diseases, and in pediatric populations. Our mission is to support the innovation and development of better therapies in healthcare.   Position Overview The System Administrator - Clarizen is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with the Clarizen Project Management tool and related systems and tools. S/he provides end user support incl. ticket escalation to second and third level support, updates and integrates data from various sources into Clarizen, creates and maintains Clarizen reports and is the point of contact for working with other Corporate Development groups to continually improve Clarizen and related processes.   Specific tasks would include

  • Import Synteract business data into the Clarizen system (incl. data quality and data integrity checks)
  • Provide basic application support through a service desk tickets and act as Subject Matter Expert ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of Clarizen
  • Ensure that Clarizen technical and end user documentation is established and maintained
  • Create Clarizen system reports and dashboards for end users
  • Support Clarizen system and process enhancements
  • Maintain and follow operational processes and procedures in compliance with governing policies and or Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide active and effective input into Change Evaluation and Change Management activities
  • Provide active and effective input into root cause analysis for Problem Management activities
  • Other duties as assigned by Management 
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field / 1-3 + years related experience / equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools (familiarity with Clarizen is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of the clinical trial process
  • Experience from working in a highly regulated environment is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Effective verbal and writing skills: English
  • Ability to manage competing timelines and priorities
