Healthcare Compliance Specialist / Medical Compliance

Surrey, office based with flexible working hours and potential for 1 day from home following probation commutable from locations including Richmond, Twickenham, Leatherhead, Kingston, Egham, Woking, Chertsey, Guildford, Slough, Uxbridge, Hayes, Epsom, Slough, Farnborough, Camberley, Bracknell, Ascot, West / South West London

Ideal applicant:
Our client is looking for a professional with a background within medical affairs / compliance within pharma. This is a high-level coordination role combining project management and collaboration skills as well as requiring an excellent communicator. The ideal applicant will also possess;
- Experience with compliance systems - Zinc / Veeva essential
- ABPI Code knowledge
- Experience managing / delivering projects ideal, training will be provided
- Experience of administering training ideal, training will be provided
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job role focus:
Within this Compliance Specialist job role, the successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Director of Compliance within small but growing team. Key responsibilities include;
- Support delivery of compliance training
- Support AD of Compliance Systems for withdrawal and recall coordination
- Assist in the delivery and maintenance of Healthcare Compliance Hub
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of projects set out by Compliance Director
- Produce compliance reports
- Assist with internal monitoring, tracking compliance data and ensuring code / compliance adherence
