Senior Account Executive Medical Communications

Summary / Heading
A leading global healthcare PR agency is looking for a Senior Account Executive to support a number of assigned accounts across a variety of therapy areas; owning the logistics and administration part of the account handling process as well as establishing media relationships, planning campaigns and liaising with clients.

You will be utilising excellent administrative skills gained within a previous SAE or AE role to support and track project progress whilst simultaneously using effective verbal and written communication skills to confidently interact with colleagues as well as build relationships with key clients and media

This is a brilliant opportunity for the successful candidate to join a supportive team in an international healthcare PR agency.

Role / Description
Main Job Responsibilities:
Planning, managing and delivering a range of healthcare PR campaigns.
Establishing strong media relationships.
Establishing strong client relationships.
Supporting your accounts through strong administration skills.
Working closely with internal teams to support senior team members and mentor junior team members.

Candidate Requirements:
BA/BSc level or equivalent (preferably Life Sciences).
A passion for health/life sciences.
18 months plus in healthcare PR.
Outstanding communication and presentational skills.
Computer literate.
Professional email and telephone manner.
Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience of working well under pressure.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations with experience of working to ABPI.
High level of organisation and time-management.
Pro-active and enthusiastic.
