Our mission is to support the innovation and development of better therapies in healthcare.   Position Overview The Recruiter / Senior Recruiter performs full-cycle recruitment activities to attain appropriate levels of resourcing to meet the demands of the business. Promotes the Company’s image to candidates and the community via job fairs, trade shows, social media, and other resources.  Partners closely with line managers to build effective sourcing approaches by identifying the availability of talent across critical talent segments. Positions assigned are generally considered complex, scientific, professional, and management level and include collaboration on recruitment efforts globally. Specific job title will be reflective of individual experience.   Specific tasks would include

  • Proactively source and identify active and passive candidates utilizing the Company’s ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, cold calling/direct recruitment, and other methods as appropriate
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, job requirements and the skill set(s) needed to be successful in order to develop and execute an appropriate sourcing strategy
  • Work in a consultative manner with hiring teams, supporting their ability to make the best hiring decisions possible
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates’ qualifications and role / company fit
  • Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations
  • Coordinate and represent the Company at career fairs, trade shows, college campus recruiting, and other community networking and public relations opportunities
  • Lead efforts to build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long term relationships with candidates
  • Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity to ensure compliance with applicable hiring laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate recruiting process knowledge and the ability to stay abreast of recruitment and CRO industry trends and best practices
  • Supports and participates in team training efforts
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Prepare recruiting and associated reports for management as needed
  • Prepare offer letters/employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and associated employment documents
  • Participate in / lead talent acquisition and HR special projects and initiatives
  • Deliver internal training on recruiting related topics as needed
  • Provide operational and technical guidance and direction to others as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of study
  • 6-10 years’ full life cycle recruiting experience 
  • 3+ years’ CRO industry recruitment experience or a combination of CRO / Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience required
  • Experience recruiting for individuals in Biometrics and / or Clinical Operations roles required
  • International / Global recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong networking and candidate mining skills
  • Successful track record of achieving recruiting goals and targets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage through change and work independently
  • Committed to excellence with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Resourceful, proactive and creative approach to work
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; English + local language, if relevant.
