We are seeking a Filing Assistant to join our Records Management Team based at our Cambridge office in Granta Park, Great Abington.

 

As a Filing Assistant you will provide filing room support by working closely with project teams ensuring all filing tasks are completed according to our Company/Client guidelines.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

·         Organise, sort, prepare,scan, print and file. Create and extend files for study maintenance and/or transfer/archival

·         Liaise with the study teams and Records Coordinator to resolve any outstanding queries identified during the filing process

·         Complete quality control audits

·         Maintain file room cleanliness and perform other job specific tasks as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience:   Educated to high school level or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities.   Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·       Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail ·       Ability to work independently and as a key member of the Records Management team ·       Strong multi-tasking skills ·       Flexibility to reprioritise workload to meet changing project timelines ·       Excellent computer skills and proficient in all applicable computer systems ·       Excellent English and grammar skills, second language a plus   The successful candidate will have strong MS office and administration skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent organisational skills will be necessary, along with a self-motivated and positive attitude. A second European spoken language would be advantageous, but not essential.
