Our client, a niche, well respected Consultancy to the Life Sciences sector, is currently looking to recruit for this high profile, global level Managerial opportunity, leading a remote team undertaking a variety of assignments and programs for their Global clients. This role will involve team working on challenging assignments involving complex GXP, regulatory, operational and Quality technical data and information. As our client has adequate coverage within GMP/GLP knowledge they are especially keen to hear from GCP related experienced applicants.

As the Senior Manager, Quality and Compliance, duties will include (but not be limited to):
Acting as Program Lead/Director for client engagements with responsibility for program delivery.
Leading successful governance, from initiation to execution and completion, of multiple program(s) for global clients. Ensures client satisfaction and takes full ownership of the program(s).
Responsibility for Overseeing status reviews, issue resolution and risk mitigation in conjunction with the resource model utilized on projects.
Actively promoting and be responsible for development industry for one or more Q&C Specialism e.g. Quality Risk Management.
Responsibility for supporting development of SOPs, tools or other Q&C SL materials.

The successful candidate will possess:
A pharmaceutical/Scientific related degree or qualification at similar level
A number years of experience within Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical environment
Technical and practical knowledge of GCP and at least theoretical knowledge of other GXP Codes of practice
Experience of working in delivery teams in a GCP/GXP environment
Experience of Quality management systems from a GCP perspective (SOPs, CAPA Management, Audit)
Confident with Client engagement in respect of program delivery activities
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
