Requirements:

International Product Manager Business Development
Do you want to work for a 130m turnover, private equity backed, international healthcare business, which specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of diagnostic products.
You will be responsible for the implementation of global strategy and product management. This is a brand new product launch and the largest Product Program the company has probably ever embarked upon.

A range of Product Management responsibilities: 
Work with commercial partners to ensure successful delivery and launch of mass spectrometry product family
Liaise with key KOL's and external sites to ensure delivery of collaborations, clinical studies and Reimbursement projects to support launch activities.
Development of launch plans for mass spectrometry product in line with the marketing plan
To maintain a full operational understanding of product portfolio as defined by the Business Development manager.
Work with subsidiary sales and product and marketing managers to ensure successful launch of mass spectrometry products.
Liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholder management especially Technical Services Department, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Production Departments, R&D departments as well as key suppliers and partner companies
Management of Marketing requirements of New Product Development System including market research, forecasting and commercial justification, working closely with Marketing Communications team during launch phase to ensure successful product launch
Monitor report and comment regularly the sales performance of the solutions product portfolio. Present this data at regular management meetings at all levels when required.
Post launch product cycle management with guidance from International Marketing Manager.
Awareness of market requirements and competitor products and proposals for counter competitive initiatives
Develop and deliver training modules for sales, specialists and distributors' staff
Knowledge and Skills

Essential:
A biology, biochemistry or immunology degree or equivalent or suitable business qualification with experience in a life science commercial role.
Experience of managing key external commercial relationships (delivery against contracts)
Must be extremely self-motivated and a self-starter
A good understanding of the in-vitro diagnostic market especially analysers and software
Full life cycle Product Management experience including product launch and of developing a new market
Impeccable stakeholder management experience
Excellent presentation skills.
Must be able to travel internationally occasionally over a weekend

Desirable:
A postgraduate qualification in a scientific, business or management subject
UK driving licence
Customer support experience.
Clinical laboratory experience.
International experience in a commercial role.
1 years experience in a marketing role
Previous experience of working with CRM
To make the links between disparate information sources to form a consolidated view
