ProClinical is seeking a Business Solution Manager to be based in Germany on a permanent basis. The Business Solution Manager works to improve the organization’s market position, support growth and promotes T&E value proposition; this role reports to the General Manager T&E GSA. The BSM defines long-term organizational strategic goals, supports GM and RSM and build key customer relationships with a focus on Level 1 Trauma Centres, identifies and creates business opportunities and has an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. It is a key element of this job to collaborate closely with the RSM, marketing and key account management team to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue growth for the organization. As the Business Solution Manager T&E GSA you will be part of the T&E commercial leadership team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead customer engagement and partnership development to ensure market access for all company products
* Prospect for new clients
* Identify and develop new business opportunities that have a value add for our customers and the company through establishing an extensive network touching each level of the healthcare environment.
* Identify and build a stakeholder engagement plan for key clients as well as for decision makers within targeted accounts
* Help developing a value-based pricing strategy for the company’s products
* Collaborate with Key Account Management and other BSMs on cross divisional deals
* Develop a business plan to enable short term, midterm and long term above market growth for company value added services
* Effectively implement European value-added programs in Germany-Austria-Switzerland
* Develop an internal and external network to foster innovation, based on the company’s solution portfolio and innovation power, preparing the market for our innovations
* Use market and competitor knowledge and help identifying and developing the company’s unique selling propositions.
* Establish key metrics for all activities and undertake any monitoring to understand the return on investment of key initiatives
* Collaborate with different teams for specific reimbursement & funding projects

Skills and Requirements:

* Experience of engaging senior level customers (Hospital C-suite) within the healthcare environment
* Solid understanding in business management (P&L)
* Experience in profit management and ROI considerations
* Track record in building clinical brand values with internal and external customers
* Experience in marketing and marketing plans would be a benefit
* Excellent collaboration and communication and strong influencing skills
* Strong ability to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
* Experience in developing new services, solutions and distribution channels would be a benefit
* Excellent understanding of the ‘continuum of care’ or ‘patient pathways’
* Strong analytical skills to bring clinical and operational value to our customers
* Background in business process engineering would be a benefit
* Problem solving - Collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
* Initiative – Able to take action that goes beyond job requirements to achieve growth objectives
* Business acumen to implement new ideas or solutions without prompting
* High Ethics - This manager needs to have impeccable ethics. High integrity management will be essential to the delivery of the company’s vision of being the most admired company
* Executional focus - This is a significant hands-on role, with a clear focus on execution. This manager must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results over an extended period, both personally and through teams. This manager must be passionate about hitting and exceeding targets, have a deep understanding of exactly how their business is performing in all key areas, and possess huge internal drive and motivation.
* Engage and inspire the workforce - This manager needs to be able to build confidence, trust, inspiration and commitment to a workforce. A passion and talent for orchestrating people resources will be essential. This manager will need to have had experience at building winning teams.
* Familiar in working with ERP Systems, MS Office
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel up to 75%
