We are currently looking for an experienced PA/EA/Office Manager for a Snr Project Specialist position where you would be aligned to a single sponsor operating as a Global Clinical Engagement Coordinator.  The role will be office based in Maidenhead.

Duties to be carried out within the role:

 

* Preparation of agendas, scheduling meetings, distributing minutes

* Assistance in budget preparation

* Production of reports for clinical operations

* Coordination of staff meetings and communication with vendors

* Support for business area directors

 

Qualifications

To Succeed in this Role you will need experience in the following:

 

- Experience as a PA/EA/Office Manager

- Has an understanding of the clinical development lifecycle

- Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or contract research organization preferred.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
