Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging temporary role in their Administrative department.

Your mission:

- Administrative support and collaboration with diverse departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Supply Chain  
- Entering and analyzing a large amount of data according to company’s standards
- Providing supportive assistance to key business initiatives such as new product launches and acquisitions
- Involvement in diverse relevant projects

Your background 

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the Administrative field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- SAP experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and proactive 
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a distinctive advantage
