Job Summary:

On behalf of my client, an early stage global contract research organization, I am recruiting for a Site Director.


This is a senior management role with responsibility for a new site located in Germany.  You will be responsible for site operations, ensuring optimum performance of the site, budgets, staff hiring, staff engagement, recognition programs and management training. You will support the sales team, liaise with corporate marketing and customers and you will work closely with the company leadership team.

If you have the following background and experience I am interested in hearing from you:

•    Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.) or equivalent in a Scientific Discipline. A second Business Administration or related degree would be an advantage. 
•    Ten years related commercial business management experience.
•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
•    Must be able to write and speak fluently in English and German.
