Job Summary:

My client is an innovative, dynamic new biotech in the Netherlands launching new blockbuster products in Hematology.  They are currently expanding and looking for a strategic leader to join their commercial function.  The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the launches and brand strategies across Europe.

  • Defining the brand strategy across Europe
  • Defining the positioning of the product
  • Working across all channels, all core marketing deliverables
  • Set up and ownership of the external/commercial engagement plan
  • Pre and post launch KPI’s and targets
  • Commercial training materials, training customer facing teams needed for launch

Ideal Candidate:

  • MBA or Relevant degree of education
  • 8 years in and above country experience
  • Leading strategic and operational digital/ multi channel marketing
  • European experience
  • Leading product launches
  • Line management experience – desirable
