Course Overview

Many languages do not even have a word for the concept of ‘assertiveness’. It is an often misunderstood term and yet it provides one of the most powerful tools for dealing with many of the most challenging situations we face in life. This course explores what is meant by ‘assertive behaviour’. It will provide you with an opportunity to practice skills and techniques to help you to become more assertive and more efficient in your dealings with clients and colleagues.
