FREE NiaTV 30-Day Fitness Challenge

The NiaTV 30-Day Challenge will start on Monday, January 7th and will culminate on Tuesday, February 5th.
The purpose of the NiaTV 30-Day Challenge is to offer inspiring and effective fitness and health tips and techniques to kick off the new year right.
