BrightStar Care Salt Lake City Expands Home Health Care Office Support Team BrightStar Care Salt Lake City on-boards two new Customer Care Managers and Field Support Specialist to support growth and increase customer satisfaction for home care services.

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BrightStar Care Salt Lake City, a home care agency providing health care and medical staffing services recently expanded its office support team with three new members: Meggan Facente as Customer Care Manager (weekdays), Tasha Young as Customer Care Manager (weekends), and Tess McCormick as Field Support Specialist.

The two Customer Care Managers will provide 7-day a week coverage supporting caregiver and nurse scheduling and customer support. And the Field Support Specialist is a role specifically dedicating to providing back-up support to the caregiving and nursing staff when they are impacted by unplanned events affecting their availability to provide care as well as supporting immediate start-up of care for new customers.

Meggan Facente is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and brings over six years of experience in home care including clinical and administrative positions. The last two years she spent managing the entire caregiving staff at an assisted living facility.

Tasha Young, a CNA with home care experience brings expertise in running home care operations as well as hands-on experience as a teacher's assistant and wellness coach.

Tess McCormick is also a CNA and has experience in both home health (Medicare) and private duty home care. She recently acted in a role as a mentor to new CNAs and has recent experience working with those afflicted by Alzheimer's disease.
