QPharma Welcomes New Clients, Celebrates 25-Year Anniversary
QPharma, a premier provider of commercial and compliance services to the life sciences industry, has announced that the company will mark its 25th year in business in 2019. The milestone comes as QPharma welcomes several new clients to a growing roster of pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech industry customers using the Titanium® platform.
Founded in 1994 as a provider of system validation and compliance consulting services, QPharma evolved from several precursor organizations founded by Patrick P. Den Boer, who remains the company’s President and CEO. The company enjoyed success validating pharmaceutical sample management systems before developing its own system in 1999. In 2006, QPharma opened its own accredited sample fulfillment center.
In 2016, the company rebranded its flagship suite of commercial and compliance software tools — which by then included modules for Key Opinion Leader engagement, product launch management, field sales force training, and Physician Payments transparency reporting — as Titanium. Today, Titanium is a fully cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform recognized by the industry as state of the art. Most recently, QPharma introduced Ti CRM®, a full-featured customer relationship management tool for the field sales force. Another of our clients, a Top Ten life sciences company, is using Titanium to allow prescribers to securely order drug samples via an online portal.” Den Boer added that in addition to its US-based clients, a European specialty pharma manufacturer has engaged QPharma to manage its sample distribution licensing using Titanium. Another European client is using Titanium to identify and profile physician Key Opinion Leaders across 15 countries and multiple therapeutic areas.
