Thursday, January 31st, 2019 – Sandoz, a Novartis division, is proud to announce that it has been officially certified “Top Employer 2019” for its exceptional employee offerings in the UK.
The certification is based on annual, international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute that recognizes leading employers around the world and their excellence in employee environment.

Crucial to the Top Employers Institute is the completion of a stringent research process and meeting the required standard in order to achieve such certification. According to this research Sandoz has been verified to offer outstanding employee conditions in the UK.
Top Employer certification in the UK contributed in obtaining the global seal for Sandoz as “Global Top Employer 2019”. At least 20 countries within a company’s network must achieve local certification to be certified as a Global Top Employer. Sandoz is certified in 28 countries.
Top Employers’ offering have been assessed through the analysis of practices and processes across the following topics: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career & Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits and Culture.
