RQM+ Appoints Ross D. Segan, MD, MBA, FACS, to Board of Directors

Former FDA and Johnson & Johnson leader brings deep clinical, regulatory, and enterprise strategy expertise to “The MedTech CRO.”

Dr. Segan is a physician–executive and MedTech strategist with senior leadership experience at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Johnson & Johnson, Olympus, Covidien, and Vensana Capital, and currently serves as CEO of Medical Scientific Advisors, LLC.
