Odeon Capital Appoints Daniel D’Agostino Jr. as Head of Investment Banking

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Odeon Capital Group LLC (“Odeon”), a New York-based independent broker-dealer providing trading, research, and investment banking services, today announced that Daniel D’Agostino Jr., MBA, has joined the firm as Head of Investment Banking.

Dan brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare investment banking and public company leadership. He most recently served as Head of Healthcare Banking at RW Pressprich & Co. Prior to that, he was CEO and CFO of AmeriTech Advisors, a boutique investment bank focused on the MedTech and technology sectors. Earlier in his career, Dan was a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at ThinkEquity Partners and served as Acting Chief Business Officer and CFO of Synergy Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: SGYP). Dan currently serves on the Board of Directors of ViewMind Inc., where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has also held senior investment banking roles at Punk, Ziegel & Company, BMO, Deutsche Bank, and Dillon Read.

Dan earned an MBA in Finance and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tulane University, and completed the Program in Biotechnology for Executives at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering.
