Axcend, MassTech Deliver Compact LC–MS Solution for Trace-Level Detection at Point of Need

LEHI, Utah & COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Axcend and MassTech, Inc. announced that Axcend will offer the MassTech MTE30 as part of a combined liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) solution designed to support trace-level detection in laboratory, manufacturing, and field-based environments.

By pairing the Axcend Focus LC^® with the MassTech MTE30, the companies are enabling organizations to perform high-sensitivity chemical analysis closer to where samples are generated, without reliance on centralized analytical labs.

The Axcend Focus LC is a compact high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system that performs chemical separations using significantly reduced solvent and sample volumes, enabling reliable analysis in environments where space, safety, or mobility are critical considerations. When paired with the MassTech MTE30—engineered to deliver high-performance mass spectrometric detection in space-constrained settings—the combined platform supports trace-level detection at the point of need, helping scientists accelerate decision-making and enable distributed analytical workflows.
