DOVER, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PetaSight Inc., the AI-led operating system (OS) for life sciences PMR, has completed its acquisition of Babbage Insight Two Inc., a provider of patent-pending technology for business insight generation and signal validation.

PMR informs high-stakes commercial strategies, yet the technical operating model remains fragmented across disconnected tools and manual handoffs. PetaSight bridges this gap by providing a unified software layer that replaces manual oversight with automated workflow governance and a permanent digital record of data lineage, ensuring transparency and traceability across the research lifecycle.

With Babbage Insight’s architecture, PetaSight is extending its platform to become an intelligent OS. The combined stack allows life sciences teams to move from raw data to decision-ready intelligence within a single software environment:
