DESCRIPTION:A CPD accredited 3-day intensive course which provides those s
 tarting or looking to improve their skills as a CPM with a comprehensive 
 and valuable insight into the entry-level role of a Clinical Project Mana
 ger (CPM).\n\nThis is fundamentally a “practical” and “hands on” workshop
 \, that focuses on current practice to ensure the CPM delegate develops p
 ractical experience of the role. Participants will learn about the role a
 nd responsibilities of the clinical project manager in the context of the
  regulations and rules that govern clinical trials. Considerable attentio
 n is given to the important stages of planning and set up of a clinical t
 rial and the setting of clear and realistic milestones. An examination of
  the key trial stages and the identification of the key trial activities 
 are thoroughly covered in this course. Practical sessions\, demonstrating
  real life settings as well as case scenarios will be adopted. A look at 
 the ‘Day in the Life of a CPM’ will provide further insight into the prof
 ession. Activities are based on real case studies and scenarios. During t
 he course a number of learning styles and methodologies are adopted. Samp
 le study templates\, mock-up sample protocols and study documents will be
  reviewed and constructed to reinforce the learning concepts.\n
