DESCRIPTION:Even before the pandemic\, smaller companies often did not hav
 e the budget to travel or attend conferences. When they do attend confere
 nces\, the feedback is often that the content is not scalable for limited
  resources and therefore not applicable for their working environment. Th
 ere is a demand for a conference developed specifically for these compani
 es and executed in a more hands-on learning format to teach them what the
 y don’t know.\n\nAt emerging companies there is often only one person res
 ponsible for EVERYTHING clinical. Their focus is on pushing their product
  through the early stages of clinical trials and they are not familiar wi
 th the ins and outs of clinical quality to know what is and isn’t require
 d or needed to achieve GCP inspection readiness.\n\nWhen emerging compani
 es are acquired\, or they grow to a size where a spotlight must be shone 
 on the clinical quality and compliance processes\, this is when the ineff
 iciencies of their CQRM system or lack there of\, these start-up mistakes
  are uncovered and the system rebuilt from the ground up\, requiring many
  resources that often are not available.\n\nFor this conference we have t
 o go back to basics and the building blocks of an effective clinical qual
 ity foundation\, breaking down the critical components to the bare minimu
 m. The format will be geared towards more tactile learning with workshops
  on day one and then during the two days of the main conference a session
  format instructional\, followed by a panel of real-life experiences.\n
