  highly experienced and successful leader in the pharmaceutical industry

 General Management\, health economics\, sales and marketing roles with Na
 tional (UK/Ireland)\, Regional (EMEA) and Global accountability. Uday gra
 duated from Brunel University with degrees in MSc Finance &amp\; Investme
 nt (1998) and a BSc (Hons) Economics (1997). He obtained his MBA from Kee
 le University in 2006.\n\n\n\n\nGuest Speaker: Gus Romano-Jackson\, Head 
 of HR\, Legal and Compliance\, Sumitomo Chemical UK\n\nGus Romano-Jackson
  is the Head of HR\, Legal and Compliance at Sumitomo Chemical UK. He has

 ries\, Bolu recently transitioned into a Diversity &amp\; Inclusion role.
  During her years as a recruiter\, she encountered clients struggling to 
 embed D&amp\;I in company values and candidates from minority backgrounds
  who were forced to seek new opportunities due to the challenges they fac
 ed in the workplace\; which included discrimination in the recruitment pr
 ocess\, being overlooked for promotion/pay rises\, lack of training or su
 pport etc. In her current role as a Diversity\, Equity and Inclusion lead
 \, Bolu is able to be part of the driving force that ensures underreprese
 nted groups are represented fairly in the recruitment process as well as 
 helping organizations recognize the importance of a diverse and inclusive
  workforce.\n
