 lthcare and innovation policy. In Canada\, he has served on National and 
 Provincial Expert appraisal committees and has been an invited expert mem
 ber of a Federal commission focused on innovation policy. He is also Co-C
 hair of the Consolidated Health Economic Evaluation Reporting Standards (
