 ommercially focused healthcare director\, with over 20 years’ experience 
 in the NHS and an extensive knowledge base. Jo is highly skilled in commi
 ssioning primary care\, community\, acute\, and mental health and learnin
 g disability services. As Director of Commissioning at Devon ICS\, and th
 e CCG prior to this\, she has a successful track record of managing compl
 ex programmes and delivering multi-million pound projects\, including pub
 lic engagement and consultation\, managing change\, procurement\, and ser
