Preliminary figures 2019

Berlin / Teltow, 21. January 2020 - The Management Board of co.don Aktiengesellschaft, Teltow (ISIN DE000A1K0227; WKN A1K022) (the "Company") expects consolidated revenue of EUR 6.8 million (2018: EUR 5.7 million) for the fiscal year 2019 according to preliminary figures. The Company thus misses the revenue target of EUR 8.8 million but achieves an increase of 19.3% compared to the fiscal year 2018.

Consolidated IFRS earnings are expected to amount to EUR -9.9 million (2018: EUR -6.3 million). The net loss under German commercial law for the year will amount to EUR 10.7 million (2018: EUR 8.8 million). Excluding the costs for the capital increase in October 2019, the net loss for the year 2019 is EUR 9.7 million.

All information is preliminary and unaudited. The complete final and audited results for the fiscal year 2019 will be published on April 30, 2020.
