Stevanato Group partners with Pfeiffer Vacuum to deliver effective biopharma industry testing

Stevanato Group has announced a new partnership with Pfeiffer Vacuum Technologies to provide biopharma companies with an advanced Container Closure Integrity (CCI) analysis and testing protocols.

Piombino Dese, Padua Italy and Indianapolis, Indiana, USA February 5, 2020: Italian-based Stevanato Group, a leading producer of glass primary packaging and provider of integrated capabilities for combination products, has announced an agreement with Pfeiffer Vacuum Technologies to provide characterization testing of container-closure systems for the biopharma industry.

US-based Pfeiffer Vacuum Technologies specializes in leak testing and CCI technologies. The CCI analysis and testing services will take place at Stevanato Group’s state-of-the-art US Technology Excellence Center (TEC) due to open in Boston in Q3 2020.

The TEC will provide analytical and testing services related to container closure systems and drug delivery devices, as well as delivering a set of customized analytics and testing services for biopharma companies’ drug formulation and manufacturing processes.

An introduction to US Stevanato Group Technology Excellence Center services will be provided at Stevanato Group’s booth A60, in hall 7.2 at Pharmapack Europe, 5-6 February.
