• Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2020
• Form of Proxy for the AGM

The Board is closely monitoring the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and it remains the intention of the Board to hold the AGM as planned at 10.30 a.m. on 27 May 2020. However, shareholders should note that the time, date and venue may change due to COVID-19 developments. Shareholders will not be allowed to attend the AGM in light of the COVID-19 situation and the Stay at Home measures that have been implemented by the UK government. Therefore, anyone seeking to attend the AGM will be refused entry. Shareholders are requested to submit their votes by proxy and are encouraged to do so by electronic means. Should there be any changes (including adjournment or postponement of the meeting) the Company will notify shareholders in compliance with the Company's articles of association and the Listing Rules.
