In recent years, CRISPR technology has significantly promoted the innovation of gene therapy for blood diseases, tumors, genetic diseases, and other diseases, which has become a powerful tool in the field of scientific research. Targeted region sequencing is a highly targeted approach that allows researchers to assess genetic variation in specific genomic regions. The ultra-deep sequencing of PCR products (amplicons) facilitates the detection and classification of variants effectively. They enable the true on/off-target mutations of genome editing experimentation to be determined in conjunction with genome-wide off-target detection systems (GUIDE-seq, WGS) at high sensitivity and in a non-biased way.
