AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS:SW) – Increased revenues for the operational divisions, positive outlook for the current fiscal year. Organic growth of 9.2% in the first quarter 2023.
AEVIS VICTORIA SA’s (AEVIS) consolidated revenues for the first quarter of 2023 amounted to CHF 263.0 million (Q1 2022: CHF 316.3m), down mainly due to the deconsolidation of Réseau de l’Arc as of 31.12.2022 and the absence of M&A transactions. With a 9.2% organic revenue growth, Swiss Medical Network and Victoria-Jungfrau, the operating divisions of AEVIS, performed strongly during the first quarter of 2023. Growth continues during the second quarter and the group expects an overall good year 2023.
Swiss Medical Network SA achieved revenues of CHF 203.6 million (Q1 2022: CHF 193.6m on a like-for-like basis), with a 5% organic growth. Réseau de l’Arc SA, a now 35.1% participation of Swiss Medical Network, was deconsolidated as of 31.12.2022 following the entry in the share capital of Visana Beteiligungen AG.
Victoria-Jungfrau AG pursued its growth with consolidated revenues up by 36.4% to CHF 56.3 million (Q1 2022: CHF 41.3m), driven by a 30% organic growth. The 2022 acquisitions of Hotel Adula in Flims and L’Oscar in London contributed CHF 2.7 million to the increase.
