Curated, Collaborative, Connected: Why LogiPharma 2025 Is Being Called the Industry’s Best Yet
Following a landmark gathering of over 2,200 life sciences supply chain leaders in April, LogiPharma’s 25th anniversary edition is being recognised not only for its record-breaking scale but for marking a fundamental shift in the industry’s mindset.
Attendees praised the event for its increased transparency, focus on cross-silo collaboration and the maturity of discussions around artificial intelligence, sustainability and strategic partnerships.
For many, this year’s edition signalled a turning point in how pharma, biotech and medtech organisations approach both innovation and integration.
“A key highlight was the expanded content and high-quality sessions, which allowed participants to tailor their experience to their own interests and goals,” said Will Robinson, Conference Director at LogiPharma.
“Attendees valued the chance to explore topics beyond their core focus - whether it was a crash course in GDP, AI applications or procurement strategy. This flexibility empowered them to deepen expertise, break out of silos and gain fresh perspectives across the supply chain. There’s a clear growing openness in this space that’s incredibly powerful.”
Artificial intelligence was the focus of Day 2, with a range of insightful sessions featuring real-world applications from Pfizer, MSD and Johnson & Johnson.
One of the most compelling moments of the 3-day event came from Ruth Beadle, Head of Global Supply Chain at Sanofi, whose session “All in on AI” garnered widespread praise.
She shared powerful insights into how Sanofi is embedding AI into its global operations, and her keynote stood out for its clarity and vision. One quote in particular from her session left a lasting impression: “AI won’t replace humans, but a human without AI will be replaced by a human with AI.”
Moderna also sparked conversation with its bold decision to partner with OpenAI to deploy ChatGPT Enterprise to thousands of employees in the company, reflecting a broader shift towards data-led partnerships across the industry.
Sustainability also remained front of mind within the LogiPharma agenda. A high-impact panel moderated by Eric Enselme, previous Executive Fellow at the World Economic Forum, featured key speakers from Carrier, DP World and Novo Nordisk, and drew more than 300 attendees.
The session ended with a live sustainability pledge, during which audience members stood one by one to affirm their commitment to operational change within the next three months - one of the most photographed and talked-about moments of the event.
The same sentiment was echoed by attendees, including Jens Lamberth, Senior Sourcing Manager at Karo Healthcare, who said:
“The energy at LogiPharma's 25th anniversary was incredible. The entire event was buzzing with fresh ideas and genuine collaboration. LogiPharma continues to be the best place to meet many high-quality suppliers and service providers under one roof. It saves months of outreach and due diligence.”
Maria Kounenaki, Strategic Supply Chain Consultant, commented: “LogiPharma 2025 was, without a doubt, the best industry event I’ve attended. The atmosphere, the calibre of attendees and the quality of the entire experience were world-class.”
Feedback from delegates also highlighted the quality of supplier interactions, enabled by a larger expo footprint and redesigned networking areas.
LogiPharma’s co-located track for medical devices, LogiMed also saw strong attendance, with content tailored specifically for device manufacturers and medical diagnostics companies.
Michael Mines, Senior Manager of Procurement - International Transportation (Air & Ocean) at GSK said: “Another incredible event at LogiPharma Lyon. Amazing to bring so many companies together, and the insights and engagement always leave me inspired and motivated with new ideas to bring into our logistics strategy. I’m already looking forward to Vienna.”
The event’s rebook campaign has already set a new benchmark, with record early sign-ups confirmed for 2026. The next edition of LogiPharma will be held at the Austria Centre in Vienna on 14 - 16th April, where the theme “Orchestration” will explore how leaders across supply chain, technology and strategy can connect complex systems, people and processes for a more agile future.
“Vienna will continue the momentum built in Lyon,” said Jake Brown, Sponsorship Director. “We’ll be raising the bar once again in terms of experience, innovation and impact, and look forward to welcoming even more attendees at our new 2026 venue.”
