Mbody Media launches Future Patient, a groundbreaking digital magazine focused on longevity and preventative medicine.
LONDON, UK – January 21, 2025 – mBody Media has today launched Future Patient, a new interactive digital magazine dedicated to the future of healthcare through the lens of functional, preventative and personalised medicine.
Edited by health journalist Vicky Eldridge and with an editorial board led by Human Health founder Dr Mayoni Gooneratne, Future Patient is a quarterly publication designed for healthcare and wellness professionals seeking evidence-led insight into longevity, root-cause medicine and whole-person health.
The inaugural issue, released today – January 21, 2026 – , focuses on gut health, exploring its central role in immunity, metabolism, inflammation, brain health and healthy ageing.
Future Patient has been created by mBody Media, the team behind the UK’s leading menopause education platforms Menopause in Practice and Pause Live, and aims to bridge the gap between emerging science and real-world clinical application.
 The first edition brings together expert commentary, clinical perspectives and practical insights across nutrition, microbiome science, diagnostics and lifestyle medicine, framed around the five pillars of healthy ageing: physical activity, diet, sleep, brain health and purpose-driven relationships.
It will be available to read online from 6pm on January 21, 2026, with interactive features including video, audio and expanded liked content.

Alongside the magazine, the Future Patient platform supports a growing professional community through expert-led content, clinical education and industry insight across functional medicine, longevity and preventative healthcare.
The long-term goal is to grow this community to provide the public with educational resources on future-proofing their health, as well as a directory of longevity and functional medicine clinics. An Education Hub will also be launched featuring articles, blogs and expert-led advice.
Press and industry professionals are also invited to join the Future Patient Congress 2026, taking place on February 5, 2026, at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London. The one-day, CPD-accredited congress will bring together leading voices in functional medicine, diagnostics, gut health, hormones, nutrition, longevity science and whole-body health.
