Hot Job - Nurse Medical Liaison Manager (NMLM) - Grifols, S.A.

Grifols, S.A. are looking for a Nurse Medical Liaison Manager (NMLM) who will be part of the Grifols UK Medical Affairs team, with a primary focus on the UK and occasional support across the EU region on an ad hoc basis.

You will provide high‑quality scientific and clinical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs), deliver training programs on the administration of immunoglobulin (IV & SC) therapies and related devices, and serve as a key role for clinical education, product knowledge, and medical information. You will also build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical nursing teams to support the optimal use of Grifols’ Ig portfolio in accordance with local codes and SOPs.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Support the medical education and training of nurses, pharmacists and clinical staff administering Grifols’ Ig products (IV and SC), including pumps and consumables.
• Provide scientific communication and information to relevant HCPs in line with local standards and Grifols policies.
• Deliver live and virtual educational programs covering safe handling, administration, and best practices in Ig therapy.
•  Develop, review, and present scientific and non promotional materials for HCP training.
• Ensure that any off label use is reported and documented correctly following local SOPs.
• Lead the clinical training of homecare nursing teams on Grifols Ig products.
• Serve as an on demand Medical Information resource and ensure timely documentation.
• Record all customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with UK based colleagues and assist with training of new sales representatives as needed.
• Engage with KOLs, gather insights on clinical pathways and therapeutic decision-making, and identify potential thought leaders for symposia, advisory boards, or clinical research projects.
• Plan and organize field activities with minimal supervision, ensuring consistent coverage aligned with the ABPI Code of Practice.
• Maintain strict compliance with all local regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen and expand the NMLM role within Grifols.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, ideally in immunology, neurology, or haematology.
• Experience administering immunoglobulin infusions (IV & SC) and familiarity with pumps, needles, and related consumables.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice or prior training.
• Availability to travel.
