Make World Dengue Day a Reality

400 million people are infected with Dengue every year. 100 million will show symptoms, and 40,000 will die from the disease.

As the world’s fastest-growing mosquito-borne viral disease, a coordinated preventative effort is urgently needed to tackle Dengue.

You can help by making World Dengue Day (WDD) a reality.

Whilst WDD is widely backed and recognised on 15^th June by the International Society for Neglected Tropical Diseases (ISNTD), Asian Dengue Voice and Action (ADVA) Group and dengue scientists around the world, it is not yet recognised by the United Nations.

WDD would aim to raise public awareness of Dengue and encourage collaboration of scientific research and government disease control policies across the world.
